Kolomiya – Kosov – Anina Hill – Kolomiya. You’ll make a tour in the historical part of a town; visit the Pysanka museum, which will impress you with its design in the shape of a painted egg, and the Hutzul museum, where the original hutzul things are collected, such as woodworks, metalworks, leatherworks, threads, fancyworks etc. Kosov is the town of a hutzul handicraft. You will make a tour to the farmsteads of masters of the hutzul folk art: fancyworks, keptars (jackets) fabrication, pottery, metal working, hutzul headdresses, spinning handicraft, and woodcarving. You will also hear an interesting story connected to the Anina hill with still functioning nunnery towers. |  |
